Základná škola

Elementary school is an education institution providing compulsory basic general education to young people aged 6-14 (15) years. The primary school in Kysucko Lieskovec is situated near the village center. It is currently attended by 286 students educated by 23 pedagogical staff.

In addition to the elementary school, there is a Leisure Center, a gym, a dining room, a grass pitch and tennis courts. Besides the gym, there is a playground with a concrete surface where basketball can be played in summer and in winter, if the weather allows, it is possible to build an ice skating rink.
